Combinding the knowledge of a physiotherapist with the first hand experience of an athlete
My coaching ethose
I strongly believe it is possible to be disciplined and mentally resilient, while keeping fun and enjoyment at the centre of training and competing.
Qualifications
Alongside my bachelor’s degrees, I’m also certified as a UESCA Ultrarunning Coach. This certification was developed in collaboration with UESCA and renowned ultrarunning coach Jason Koop, and is the only ultrarunning-specific certification on the market. Combined this with my physiotherapy background, and I can coach with injury prevention and load management front of mind.
A premium one-to-one coaching service that includes a professional onboarding process, with an in-person initial consultation; a training programme tailored to your unique goals and delivered through an easy-to-navigate online platform (Final Surge); and unlimited updates and changes to your programme based on your progress and feedback.
Throughout your training journey, you’ll have access to a coach with a wealth of ultrarunning-specific and injury-management knowledge. Monthly catch-ups are scheduled in advance, but additional calls or in-person meetings are available as needed. Add-ons can include a personalised strength programme and race plans.
My goal is not only to provide a premium coaching service that outperforms pre-made plans, AI, and other one-to-one services, but also to have fun doing it. As an RSP athlete, you’ll be joining a growing family with a shared passion.
